The Simplest Ways To Being More Authentic To Your Users And True To You

To be more authentic, we first need to know what does being authentic mean.

Being authentic means being true and telling true. Saying what’s good and what’s bad. Not hiding secrets, rather not keeping secrets from customers.

But really, can companies say ill of their products???

No, but in that case they should not launch the products before they can be true in praising them. This is the key.

This is the case with Apple. Don’t know exactly now, but at the time of Steve.

They were extremely authentic and delays were very common. Because they were being perfected so that they can keep on praising the products and still be authentic.

And if you feel that something just can’t be good, then don’t create it. Create what you believe upon and can be true for.

You can’t be true for tobacco so why go into that business. Choose wisely.

You need to believe upon the product completely. You need to have a purpose behind doing it.

If you are just doing a business for money, you just can never be authentic to your users. You can never face them and be true to them that you don’t care of them and just doing it for money.

That you don’t care what’s the outcome of it and the ill impact it is creating. You just do it for revenue and money. I am not pointing to TikTok that it is ruining youngsters by wasting their time and feeding wrong content.

So, the process of being isn’t all about facing the people and telling something, rather what you are doing in the background. Thats going to bring authenticity to you.

You need to share your vulnerabilities and real objectives. Each time Apple launches a new Macbook you don’t need it. If you are a blogger and bought a Macbook Air last year, you don’t need to buy their latest Mac Pro with M1 Max chip and 64 gigs of ram.

You need to tell and guide your customers. This is being authentic. Tell them the real objectives of this Macbook. It’s for app developers, game developers, better gpu for ML models. Not for daily computing, or for web developers, or watching movies, but yeah for playing games. But don’t recommend buying it for games.

You need to give the customer what it needs rather then what it feels it needs. You could not be just making a shit thing little better each time and giving it instead of a real solution. Give what your customer needs, not just faster horses.

Also, you need to stand upon what you said. You can’t be changing your views and opinions daily. This is what politicians do. I mean, opposition. If you are from India then you would relate.

Also, being authentic begins at the beginning. Do something only if you Believe on its purpose and it matters to you. If nature does not matter to you, don’t come up with Save nature campaign. If you don’t believe on Black Lives Matter campaign don’t put it on your platform. Stop the tactics to prove something you don’t believe upon.

At last, I just want to say one more thing out of the content. I know I’m not a great content creator, I don’t write great, not posting regularly but it would be great to me if you can follow the account. I’m working on my startup, it’s MVP to launch soon and it would help me in telling people and getting early users, if you can follow.

I don’t know if it would succeed or not, but you would be proud of me in the next 5 years. You are going to be proud of your decision. I don’t what which industry I would disrupt but I’m going to be a good man and successful too.

Thanks.
